Anti-Spam and Unsolicited Messaging Policy

Showdrop is committed to responsible email practices and compliance with applicable anti-spam, electronic communications, privacy, and data protection laws.

This policy applies to email and other electronic communications sent by or on behalf of Showdrop that reference, advertise, or promote showdrop.com, our services, or any related Showdrop owned domain.

Responsible messaging practices

Showdrop does not permit the sending of spam, fraudulent messages, deceptive communications, or abusive bulk email.

Commercial and business communications sent by or on behalf of Showdrop must have a legitimate business purpose and must be sent in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Showdrop does not authorize employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, or other third parties acting on its behalf to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful email practices.

Recipients who request not to receive further marketing communications will be added to applicable suppression lists to help prevent future outreach.

Domain and sending practices

Showdrop is committed to maintaining responsible domain, mailbox, and email infrastructure practices.

Where applicable, Showdrop maintains email authentication and security controls, including technologies such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and monitors sending activity and domain reputation for signs of misuse or abuse.

Showdrop does not register or operate domains for the purpose of distributing spam, phishing messages, malware, fraudulent content, or other abusive communications.

Showdrop also takes reasonable steps to protect its domains and email infrastructure from unauthorized use.

Third-party service providers

Showdrop may use third-party technology providers to support legitimate business communications. Vendors and service providers acting on Showdrop's behalf are expected to comply with this policy and all applicable laws.

Showdrop does not authorize third-party providers to use Showdrop domains, websites, or branding for independent spam or abusive messaging activities.

Abuse prevention and investigation

Recipients or third parties who believe a Showdrop domain or email account has been used in violation of this policy may report the activity to Showdrop for investigation.

Employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, and other parties sending communications on behalf of Showdrop are expected to comply with this policy.
